A home clean costs €14.70 an hour including VAT, the same price every day and everywhere in Malta and Gozo. Your total depends on the size of your home and the service, and you see the exact hours and price before you book.

Every maid is self-employed or employed by a licensed partner agency. Before their first job we check their ID, right to work, a police conduct certificate under 12 months old, two references, an interview and a supervised trial job.

Yes. It is free until 24 hours before the visit, and at any time while we are still finding your maid. Between 4 and 24 hours before, 30% of the price applies; under 4 hours, 60%. Most of a late fee goes to the maid who kept the time for you.

No. Leave a key in a lockbox, with a concierge or with us. Access notes and alarm codes are encrypted and shown to your maid only on the day of the visit.

You pay after the visit, in cash to your maid or by card. Aftermath Ltd, which operates maids.mt, issues a fiscal receipt by email for every payment. Prices include 18% VAT.

Report it from your booking within 48 hours. We send someone back free of charge or refund the part that was not right.

By default you supply them. Choose "maid brings equipment and products" when booking and your maid brings everything for a small fee.

Yes. Every locality in Gozo is covered at the same prices as Malta, with no travel charge.

Yes. Choose a weekly, fortnightly or monthly plan and we keep the same maid whenever she is available, with up to 12% off.

Yes. Businesses sign a contract and receive one monthly invoice. Short-let hosts can connect their Airbnb or Booking.com calendar so turnovers book themselves.

Tell us the hours, days and duties you need. We shortlist up to three vetted candidates, arrange interviews and an optional paid trial. When you choose someone, you sign the placement agreement online, pay a one-off fee and engage her through her licensed agency.

If the placement ends within 90 days of the start date, we find a replacement free of charge.

Cleaners keep 90% of the price before VAT, 100% of tips and travel allowances, and their share of late-cancellation fees, paid every Tuesday.
