Who we are. maids.mt is operated by Aftermath Ltd (C110654, VAT MT31570511), 34 Mosta Road, St Paul's Bay, Malta. Contact: contact@maids.mt.

What we collect. Your name, email, phone number, property details and access instructions; booking, payment and receipt records; messages with your maid and with us; ratings. For maids: identity, right-to-work and police conduct documents, bank details and work records.

Why. To quote, book, carry out and bill cleaning visits; to pay maids and agencies; to keep the service safe; and to meet tax and employment-agency obligations.

Security. Access codes, alarm codes, bank details and document numbers are encrypted. Access details are shared with your maid only on the day of the visit. A maid's location is recorded only between setting off and checking out of a job.

Who we share with. The maid or agency doing your visit; our card processor (Stripe); FiscalOS, which issues our fiscal receipts and invoices; and our hosting provider in the EU. We never sell personal data.

Early access before launch. If you leave your email before we open on 31 December 2026, we keep your name, email and the price you looked at only to tell you when bookings open. We delete the list by 30 June 2027, or sooner if you ask.

How long. Maid location points 30 days · sign-in records 60 days · message logs about 13 months · bookings, payments, receipts and invoices 10 years (Maltese tax law).

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account erased (records we must keep by law are retained). Email contact@maids.mt. You can also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt).
