Every maid on maids.mt is self-employed or employed by a licensed partner agency, and every one has passed the same checks before her first job. Here is exactly what we check and how we look after your home.
Vetting
6 checks before the first job
A maid cannot receive a single offer until a member of our team has completed every check and verified her documents.
- ID matches the name and photo
- Right to work valid for 3+ months
- Police conduct under 12 months old
- Two references checked
- Interview call done
- Trial job with a supervisor
Ongoing
Checked again and again
- Documents tracked for expiryID, residence permits and police conduct certificates are tracked. Maids are reminded at 60, 30 and 7 days, and paused automatically the day a required document lapses.
- Ratings and spot checksEvery visit can be rated. Our quality team follows up low ratings and visits jobs unannounced.
- Paused means pausedIf a maid is paused after a complaint or an expired document, she loses access to her upcoming jobs and they are reassigned.

Keys, codes and privacy
Encrypted access detailsAccess notes and alarm codes are encrypted when you save them and shown to your maid only on the day of the visit, then hidden again.
Location only during the jobWe record where a maid is only at check-in. We never track maids outside a job.
Photos of the clean, nothing elseMaids photograph the cleaned areas only, never people, documents, screens or valuables.
No contact details sharedYour phone number and address stay inside the booking and are shown only to the maid doing your visit.
